The Alpha Press AP-I-1554 (Formally PZ-3240) is the new generation of our medium sized crimping tool with an impressive 32kn of force making it more than capable of use in mid sized commercial installations.
With Rotating Head –
Maximum size range – 15mm to 110mm – depending on pipe and fitting specification
16mm to 110mm for Plastic Pipe systems
Crimping Tong/Jaw options:
Thin wall soft copper, – 15-54mm or up to 108mm ( *Subject to Jaw selection and use on soft copper derivities only)
Thin wall, stainless steel and carbon steel – 15-54mm
Pex – XPAP jaws TH, U, VAU, SV, VUS – 12-110mm
NOTE – At present large size jaws 67mm -108mm M / V Profile and 63mm to 110mm TH / U Profile are in development and as such not available. Please ask for more details.
