The Alpha Press AP-P-1554 (Formally ED-1550) is the medium sized crimping tool with an impress 32kn of force making it more than capable of use in mid sized commercial installations.
Pistol shape design with 350 deg rotational head.

Maximum size range – 15mm to 54mm – for Metallic pipe systems

16mm to 110mm for Plastic Pipe systems

Crimping Tong/Jaw options: Thin wall copper, stainless steel and carbon M profile – 15-54mm
Thin wall copper, stainless steel and carbon V profile – 15-54mm
Pex – XPAP jaws TH, U, VAU, SV, VUS – 12-108mm

Alpha Press crimping machines are designed to be high quality, modern tool solutions, built for trade professionals. They won’t let you down, but in the event that you do have issues we’re here to help to provide solutions to keep you working

ATS are able to offer the most comprehensive crimping tool warranty available in the UK when compared to other crimping tools.

Our Warranty Promise:

  • Battery & Charger             –           1 Year Warranty
  • Manual Tools –           1 Year Warranty

In the unlikely event that your tool is faulty within 30 days of purchase, we will collect and send you a brand-new machine within 48 hours.

After 30 days, send your machine back to us if it faulty and we will send you a brand-new machine within 48 hours.

After 90 days, if your machine is faulty, send your machine back and we repair or replace your machine within 7 days.

* All warranty claims are subject to ATS Pro Equipment Ltd warranty terms and conditions.

Alpha Press hydraulic tools require a service after 12 months of use, 12 months from invoice date or in line with service cycle – whichever event comes first.

It is the owners/users responsibility to ensure that annual, periodic services and calibration are carried out in line with statutory requirements to comply with warranty conditions for the tooling but also as a requirement with pipe fittings manufacturers.

Failure to comply with the required service schedule may invalidate any warranty for the tool.

Service must be carried out by suitable and accredited tool service centres and in no circumstances should the tool be disassembled or repaired by untrained, non-approved or unqualified persons.

In the event that the user of tools suspect that there is a fault, ATS should be contacted in the first instance to see if we can resolve and facilitate a solution in timely manner.

We accept and fully understand that having your tools in good working order is of the upmost importance and we endeavour to resolve any faults or issues as soon as possible.

Our associated factory have been making hydraulic tools for nearly 40 years, formed in 1983 and over the last 15 years have invested heavily in machinery and research and development in order to increase quality and product reliably to be on a par with Western and European manufacturers, this investment has led our factory to become one of the largest producers of manual and powered hydraulic tools in the world.
