The ED-60100 has been designed specifically for metallic pipe systems commonly used in commercial and industrial applications, so used on copper, carbon steel and stainless steel systems from sizes 67mm to 108mm.
One of the main advantages of the Alpha Press ED-60100 is that the tool is designed for a single stage crimp on 108mm pipe work where some competitors tooling requires a two stage crimp leading to longer installation times. The single stage crimp at 108mm is made possible due to the high power, force output and longer stroke length of the cylinder.
